Book Haul 2

Here's another short book haul of my books that I got in the mail this week. I'm super excited to start reading them, in fact I've already started on one of the books.

I haven't read a lot of reviews for, The Night Circus by, Erin Morgenstern but the cover was really pretty and after reading the synopsis I just had to get it. Sounds very interesting!!!
I finally got myself a copy of, Anna and the French Kiss after debating over and over on getting it or not. I'm going to admit it, I was judging this book by its cover. Books with covers of any kind of romance or boy girl on the cover doesn't grab my attention but after read so many reviews on how great this book is I finally decided to get it. 
The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down: A Hmong Child, Her American Doctors, and the Collision of Two Cultures is by, Anne Fadiman. I had really wanted to read this book for the longest time plus one of my college professor recommended this book to me, but just never had the chance to get it. Quite excited to read this one. I love reading and learning more about my own culture.
I have started reading, Eve which is by Anna Carey. It's really good so far. I feel like I know the character so well already and I'm only on chapter eight. It's not a thick book only 318 pages, hoping to be done tomorrow or so.

My summer is going to be full of readings!

May Book Read

Just thought I'll share some of the books that I've read last month. Now I'm not a fast reader so don't expect to have a long list of books. I'm really surprise myself that I've read this many last month, my best friend was surprise herself too. Not that I've read five books last month but that I'm using my free time to just read. She's usually the one that is always reading but she's going to be a Mommy soon so she hasn't the time to read.
